Traveling South from Port of Spain

​As you leave Port of Spain, travel east on the Beetham Highway.

Continue onto the Churchill Roosevelt Highway.
Exit south and merge onto the Uriah Butler Highway.
Continue straight onto Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway.
Take the exit toward Cedar Hill Road.
Turn right onto Cedar Hill Road.
Turn left onto Macaulay Rd.
Turn right onto the Main Rd and continue onto the junction with the Southern Main Road. The San Fernando Meditation Group is on the second floor of the St. Margaret’s Mall which is located on the right at the St. Margaret’s Junction.

Traveling North from San Fernando

​From Pointe A Pierre Rd in San Fernando, continue north along the Southern Main Road. Pass through 2 roundabouts until you arrive at the St. Margaret's Junction in Claxton Bay. Turn right into the St. Margaret's Junction. The San Fernando Meditation Group is on the second floor of the St. Margaret’s Mall which is located on your left at the St. Margaret’s Junction.

 

​If traveling north on the San Fernando Bypass, go through the roundabout at Marabella, go through the roundabout at Pointe A Pierre, and continue along the Sountern Main Road on to the St. Margaret's Junction. The San Fernando Meditation Group is on the second floor of the St. Margaret’s Mall which is located on your left at the St. Margaret’s Junction.

Traveling West and South from Arima

​As you leave Arima, travel west on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway.

Exit south and merge onto the Uriah Butler Highway.
Continue straight onto Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway.
Take the exit toward Cedar Hill Road.
Turn right onto Cedar Hill Road.
Turn left onto Macaulay Rd.

Turn right onto the Main Rd and continue onto the junction with the Southern Main Road. The San Fernando Meditation Group is on the second floor of the St. Margaret’s Mall which is located on the right at the St. Margaret’s Junction.
